This site has no forms, no accounts and no online booking. The main way we receive information about you is when you phone us. This policy explains what that involves.
Information from phone calls
When you call (407) 250-9022, we, and the call-tracking or telephony provider we use, may receive:
- Your phone number and caller ID
- The date, time and length of the call
- The general area your number is associated with
- A recording of the call, where recording is enabled
- What you tell us about your project, such as the address, debris type and dates
Calls may be recorded and may be routed through a call-tracking provider to connect you with a local hauler. If you do not want your call recorded, tell us at the start of the call.
How we use it
We use call information to understand your request, connect you with an independent hauler that serves your area, follow up on that request, check service quality, and keep basic business records. When we refer you, we share the details needed for the provider to quote and deliver: your name if given, phone number, address and project details. That provider then handles your information under its own policies.
We do not sell your personal information.
Information from website visits
This site does not use forms or require you to log in. Like most websites, the servers that host it may record basic technical data, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and performance. Fonts are served from this site itself, so loading a page does not contact a third-party font service.
Retention
We keep call records and recordings only as long as needed for the purposes above, and then delete them in the normal course of business.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold from your calls, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by calling (407) 250-9022. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
